Our Adult Day Services Program provides older adults with a day of structured activities and opportunity to socialize with peers in a pleasant, supervised setting. Our goal is for our participants to have an enjoyable day while giving their caregivers a break from care giving responsibilities. The program is available Monday |

through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Days of attendance are scheduled to accommodate the needs of our families and seniors. Covenant is committed to provide outstanding care for seniors in our community. There is a fee for attendance at Covenant. Information about the cost of the day and available financial assistance is discussed at the time of intake. No one is ever turned away from receiving |

services regardless of their ability to pay. Please don’t hesitate to let us know is the cost of care is a concern. Scholarship funding may be available to help. Families and friends may provide transportation. However, Covenant can provide personal through the door transportation service to and from Covenant. Care-A-Van also provides transportation. Our professional staff work with families to arrange for their individual needs. Health needs and wellness checks are monitored by our on staff RN. Medication monitoring is available. A hot lunch is served each day and snacks are provided each afternoon. A caregiver support group is available and is open to the entire community free of charge. |
